Sift 2-4 grams of matcha into a bowl, add water at 70–80°C, and whisk in quick W-motions until a soft foam appears.
Matcha contains caffeine, so we recommend limiting your intake during pregnancy. Most guidelines suggest a maximum of 200mg of caffeine per day. One serving of matcha (2g) contains roughly 50–70mg of caffeine. Always consult your doctor or midwife for personal advice.
Matcha doesn’t have a strict expiration date, but its quality can decline over time.
Store matcha airtight in our tin, preferably in the fridge. This preserves the colour, aroma and umami at their best. Once opened, enjoy within 4-6 weeks for the finest flavour.
