From shade-grown leaves to stone-ground powder, we choose slow, mindful processes over shortcuts. Each batch comes from a small family farm in Uji, Japan, crafted with care for the land, the farmer, and your cup.
We exclusively source first-harvest (ηͺθΆ ichibancha) matcha, made from the youngest, most delicate tea leaves, picked just once each spring for peak freshness and flavor.
