Preparation
Usucha - Ceremonial (Straight)
Sift 2g matcha. Add 60–70 ml water at 75 °C. Whisk until frothy.
Latte
Sift 4g matcha. Add 50 ml water at 75 °C, whisk. Pour over 100 ml warm milk (or iced with cold milk).
