Zeef 2 g matcha. Voeg 60–70 ml water van 75 °C toe. Whisk tot schuimig.
Latte
Zeef 3 g matcha. Voeg 30 ml water van 75 °C toe en whisk. Schenk over 80 ml warme melk (of ijs met koude melk).
