All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer; we will notify you by email in case of significant delays.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We ship to the address provided. Namacha is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Orders
Namacha is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, email info@namachamatcha.com with photos of the product and packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to most EU countries. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified and issued a full refund. International orders may require 3–5 extra business days for processing.
