Preparation
Tea (Pure)
Sift 3 g hojicha. Add 200 ml of water at 90 °C.
Latte
Sift 4 g hojicha. Add 50 ml of water at 75 °C and whisk. Pour over 100 ml of warm milk (or ice with cold milk).
