Usucha - Ceremonial (Straight)
Sift 2g matcha. Add 60–70 ml water at 75 °C. Whisk until frothy.
Latte
Sift 3g matcha. Add 30ml water at 75 °C, whisk. Pour over 80ml warm milk (or iced with cold milk).
